Only after a paid discovery. Fixed-price without discovery is a trap for everyone — you get padded estimates, we get scope creep, no one wins.
You do. Full IP transfer on payment. We keep the right to reference the work as a case study (with your permission).
Every two weeks for Build engagements. Monthly, in advance, for Retainer. Net 15 payment terms. Wire transfer, ACH, or Stripe.
Both. USD, EUR, GBP, and AED for international clients. INR for Indian clients (add GST as applicable).
India Standard Time (UTC+5:30) by default. We overlap 4+ hours with EU teams and 2+ hours with US East Coast. Async-first, so time zone rarely matters.
Extra days billed at the standard Build rate for that engagement. No surprise multipliers.
Yes. We'll sign yours, or send ours if you don't have one. Standard mutual NDA, no exotic clauses.
No. Cash only. Equity conversations get complicated fast and we'd rather keep the relationship simple.
